Shipping

QH7 ships its orders from Italy via selected couriers, guaranteeing traceability and reliable deliveries.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, times may vary slightly.

Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can monitor your order in real time.

Important notes

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary for reasons beyond QH7's control (customs, holidays, logistics conditions).
  • Any duties or customs taxes for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

How shipping works

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email from GLS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

A recipient's signature is required upon delivery. We therefore recommend providing an address where someone will be present to receive the package.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery and will attempt to return the package in the following days . If delivery fails, the package will be placed in storage according to the courier's procedures.

We always do our best to meet the indicated delivery times. However, during busy periods (such as sales or holidays), delivery times may be subject to slight variations .

QH7 is not responsible for any delays, thefts or losses resulting from specific instructions provided to the courier (e.g. delivery without a signature or to unattended locations).

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To be accepted, the product must:

  • not having been worn
  • show no signs of wear or damage
  • be returned in the original box, complete with all accessories

The return must be shipped within 14 days of the return request.

🇮🇹 Free returns and exchanges in Italy

In Italy, returns are always free in the following ways:

  • Size change
  • Color change
  • Model change
  • Item damaged or sent in error

The first exchange (size, color, or model) is completely free.

Any changes after the first will incur a shipping charge of €5.00.

Refund and payment methods

  • For orders paid by card or online, returns are free.
  • For orders paid for by cash on delivery, a €6.00 ​​fee will be deducted from the refund.

⚠️ The product must not show any signs of use.

How to request a return or exchange

To initiate the return or exchange process, you must contact us via WhatsApp (via the dedicated page) providing the following information:

  • Name and Surname
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photo of the shoe
  • Photo of the sole

We will respond within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

If successful:

  • We will take care of booking the collection with the courier
  • you will just have to pack the product correctly
  • the return label will be provided directly by the courier upon collection
  • the collection time will be managed directly by GLS

Refund times

The exchange, return, or refund will be processed only after the package has been received at our headquarters.

  • In case of refund, the credit will be made within 5–7 working days
  • For cash on delivery payments, it will be necessary to provide the IBAN and account holder.

🌍 Returns and refunds from abroad

Free return or refund from abroad

The return is free only if:

  • the item is damaged
  • The item was sent in error

Return or refund from abroad for a fee

You can request:

  • Change size, color or model
  • Reimbursement

In these cases, costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the conditions applied by the GLS courier.

Final note

QH7 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

REQUEST RETURN OR REFUND

Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods are payment by:

  • CREDIT, DEBIT AND PREPAID CARDS
  • PAYPAL
  • CASH ON DELIVERY
  • SCALAPAY (IN 3 INSTALLMENTS)

PAPER

We accept payments with all credit, debit, prepaid cards, and even Postepay. Payments are handled by Stripe.com and Nexi.it, online payment software that encrypts your private data, keeping it private and secure. There are no additional costs.

PAYPAL

Paypal accepts payments from your account and with any credit card. Payment is immediate and there are no additional costs.

SCALAPAY

The innovative financing method to buy what you want now and pay for it in 3 convenient, interest-free installments of the same amount.

  • Use Scalapay for purchases up to €300.
  • Choose Afterpay at checkout.
  • Create an account in minutes. You'll need an Italian debit or credit card.
  • Only the first installment will be charged to your card at the time of purchase.
  • Every 4 weeks (when the instalment is due) Scalapay will withdraw the amount directly from your card.
  • In the event of a return, the payment plan will be cancelled and you will be refunded for the amount of the installments already paid.

If you purchase with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in three installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

MARK

Cash on delivery will incur a €6 surcharge. The amount due will be paid in cash directly to the GLS courier upon delivery.

Before shipping your package, you will be contacted via WhatsApp by our team. Once we receive a response, we will ship your package. Delivery will take 24-48 hours (it may take 72 hours to reach islands).

We ask for your full cooperation when paying in cash, as couriers are not required to give change. Refuse delivery is not an option, as we would be forced to charge you additional shipping costs and report the incident to the postal police, as outlined in our privacy policy.

Please note that this payment method is only available in Italy.

Please be at the chosen delivery location during the day, as the courier does not provide an exact arrival time. Please also bring the exact amount indicated on the receipt, as couriers do not have change. Most importantly, by clicking the "Complete order/Place order" button, you sign a purchase contract in which the customer is obligated to pay (described in the Consumer Code, Article 52, paragraph 2), and can subsequently request a refund or return.

Please note: Coupons are only valid for non-sale products.
